Rob Cesternino and Nicole are back from New York and are ready to break down this Sunday’s Amazing Race 20 finale. Rob and Nicole discuss the victory from Dave and Rachel, how Brendon and Rachel handled defeat and close out this season of the Race. Plus, Rob and Nicole will discuss this week’s episode of Survivor: One World and this weekend’s finale on Wednesday, May 9th at 12 pm ET / 9 am PT.

As written by RHAP Recapper/Intern Amy Hache

First, Rob announces that Alison Iwata broke the World Record for Consecutive Listening of RHAP (12.5 hours). Rob discusses how to verify your eligibility for the RHAP Hall of Fame, which involves video footage and quiz questions. Rob shows the memorabilia that Alison wins: the empty pack of Marlboro Reds left by THE Shane Powers. He also shares Parasocial Dude’s trailer for Dream2Movie.

In appearance news, Rob will be speaking in NYC on June 5th at Blogworld on a panel about tips for building a successful fan podcast. And, leveraging his success from Miss Survivor, he will be hosting the Miss California beauty pageant on Sunday May 20th in Brea, CA.

Rob and Nicole then lament Mark and Bopper‘s demise on the Amazing Race. They discuss the insecurities Rachel revealed when confronted with the head-shaving challenge. Putting himself in Brenchel‘s shoes, Rob doesn’t think it would be worth $1 million to hear Nicole complaining about her bald head for a year. Rob predicts one of the teams with a Rachel will win the race. Rob and Nicole discuss how Phil was “Probsting it” on the mat, prompting the two Rachels to fight, and they also ponder Vanessa’s history of cross-dressing ex-boyfriends.

Rob is excited about the new show Glass House premiering on June 18 on ABC, which has not been cast yet. Rob wants to get a RHAP fan in that house! Rob tests out his talents as a potential GH host (which, FYI, he would do for free, ABC).

Rob also talks about strategies for Survivor reward challenges and does an impression of an enraged Jeff Probst. Rob predicts that Kat may be the next to go because she followed him on Twitter this morning. Rob also thinks Kim needs to make a big move in order to be considered “great” rather than simply “good.”

To close out the show, Rob debuts a song called “Rob That Sucks” by Don Shook, and asks whether the viewers want to “Ding it or Fling it”. He also says he is in the market for a RHAP theme song. Nicole rates the song as a 1– in other words, DING!

Rob Cesternino and Nicole are back to discuss the week in Reality TV on the latest edition of Rob Has a Web Show on Wed, April 25th at 12 pm ET / 9 am PT. Nicole is feeling a little under the weather at the top of the show, but looking great. The Finchelor will be joining Rob and Nicole for an in-studio podcast tonight and Rob is worried John Fincher will outplaid him.

Rob talks about a website offering 1 million dollars to any woman who has had sex with Tim Tebow. Nicole gives her review of Titanic 3D, and Rob reminds us of the Titanic and Celebrity Apprentice podcasts he did over the weekend that you may have missed due to a disruption in the iTunes feed. So be sure to check those out if you haven’t already!

Rob and Nicole move into a discussion of some shady happenings on the Amazing Race. For the 2nd time this season, Mark and Bopper came in last place on a non-elimination leg. But the chat room informs Rob that BJ and Tyler also came in last twice on non-elimination legs in a past season. Rob and Nicole also talk about Bopper’s knee, Art and JJ, and Dave and Rachel. Mark imitates the Bollywood director from the dance challenge and they discuss whether Rachel will have to shave her head next week as previews would have us believe.

Rob then talks about his epic podcast with Russell Hantz. Rob doesn’t think there’s a better commercial for Flipped Off than that podcast. However, there was feedback that people did not like Russell and Mikayla picking on Brandon. Rob says Russell just might be earning his spot on Mt. RHAPmore.

Next, Rob and Nicole’s adopted 73-year-old son “Call Me Crazy” makes an appearance. Then Rob and Nicole attempt to get a game started with another video caller. After some difficulties, Rob gets a contestant, Apprentice blogger Jordan Kalish, for “Is Nicole Right?”.

The sponsor for the game is RobHasAStore.com. There is some controversy about whether Rob’s first question to Jordan was an example or whether it qualified for points. The records show Rob never said it was an example– he just said “Let me give you the first one.” So Nicole, Jordan, and the chat room were right! Jordan Kalish wins his very own Rob Has a Podcast coffee mug without any blemishes on his record.
